was active during past days and found a few things that could be improved IMHO.

1. vote point prices.
350AC (x30) scroll is 20m in Sundries and takes 20 vote points
3000HP (x20) scroll is 300m in Sundries and takes 45 vote points
That doesnt fit!

3000HP scroll could be 200m in Sundries and take 80 vote points.
Would be a lil more balanced.

2. ROV vs Titanrings
ROV is not worth much in game and I see almost no one using it.
The Titanrings are just to good.
No one should spend 200 VP on a useless item!

To balance this:
Make ROV 100VP
Or reduce stats on Titanrings by -3.
ROV 20 (str, dex, hp, int, MP)
titanring 22 (instead of 25)
titanring upgraded 25 (instead of 28)

This would balance it a lil...beside all the other titanring bonuses...

3. increase the weight of styx
So Archers cant carry so many and non stop spam them on Priests...

4. Reduce the price of color Tier in PUS.
1000KC is to much!
